Does a definite color of food affect the channel race partiality it?

Hey! I am doing a science fair project just about coloring food and seeing if people taster it different from regularly colored food. For example, i am going to color some chocolate pudding with flavorless tye-dye food coloring, and hold people aroma it. Then i am going to have them guzzle regular chocolate colored pudding. I am going to record if they piece a difference between the two of them, although they are the same flavor. Also, i am going to blindfold them, and hold them taste audition a certain food. Does anyone know any apt URLs for me to find information, or have any angelic ideas for my project? Your comfort is greatly needed! Thanks!!

As far as i know, no... the basic reason citizens would think a food taste differently because of the colour is because it is something different, such as a purple carrot. I would also say the food colouring would affect it but you influence you are using flavorless stuff. If they cannot see it then i don't believe it would sort a difference as assumptions usually work on visual aids and they'd turn by the tastes. It's a terrifically good try-out, good luck beside it.
