Doctors/Hospital Workers: How much do certain positions get paid?

How much do specialists, such as cardiologists, surgeons, neurologists, oncologists, etc. get paid per year? What about diagnosticians?

Answer:
Easiest residencies to get into generally get paid the least (diagnosticians), but some residencies are difficult to get into because the lifestyle and hours are good (derm isn't the highest paid, but hardest to get into).
