As far as your argument, you'd still have to reimburse the doctors' wages. The sum of the doctors' wages and their cumulative tuition would actually probably increase the total payments made. It's robbing Peter to salary Paul. Unless of course, you started governementally run medical school that were competent to control costs and send the students here...

It is appalling that we are the with the sole purpose industrialized nation without vigour care for adjectives our citizens. The only plea we haven't progressed to the stage of caring for adjectives of our citizens is that the corporations have to much of a stronghold on our establishment officials. The pharmaceutical, insurance, and HMO companies are nouns their pockets.
Those opposing wide-ranging health meticulousness will try and tell you that it will bring months to get an appointment, and that the horizontal of care will subside. But the programs in such countries as Canada and the UK do not support this.

An excellent idea. Brilliant concept but difficult to impossible to put into handling. Insurance companies would never allow that to happen. But don't tender up on this! Some places forgive medical school loans within exchange for doctors practicing in poor, rural , underserved areas. I would love to see this wonderful impression happen. Good one!
There are already at lowest possible 3 such programs. The doctor shortage is only a tiny constituent of the problem. If you have a doctor recitation you that you need a bunch of expensive test and/or procedures that you can't afford, you're really no better off than not self able to afford the doctor.

I live contained by Canada and we have socialized medication. There are both good and desperate points to it. The good communication is that no one get turned away because of lack of funds. The discouraging news is that as soon as our doctors graduate med school they high-tail it to the U.S. where on earth they make profusely more money. The shortage of doctors and nurses here in the Great White North is critical. Considering that we money for our health precision system through one of the highest excise rates in the world we're not getting our money's worth. I've have the same notion as you. Pay for their med school (or nurse training) near the stipulation that they work where they are told for vote ten years. Then they can go running past its sell-by date to the U.S. The major roadblock here is that great scourge of society, politicians. Here surrounded by Canada we actually own neurosurgeons and cardiac care specialists driving taxi because they came from a foreign country and our silly system won't let them gain their license. As long as politicians (or 'lying self-serving scum") have arranged access to health caution nothing is imagined to change.
As next to anything the government does: if it's such a great theory, why do you think you want to have the political affairs force everyone to pay for it through taxes? Nobody's stopping you from setting up your own charitable running to fund med-school tuition for those who'll sign contracts to work at a sub-market wage when they graduate. If it's a popular idea everyone will donate to your charity voluntarily. If not, consequently why should you be able to use affairs of state force to make everyone support an belief they don't agree with?
Sounds resembling a very pious idea. I also agree beside most of the other comments made - write a letter - grasp signatures (I will be one of the first to sign) and send it to our politicians.
