Respiratory ask!!?

PB 750
PC02 62
fi02 0.9

use the alveolar air equation to solve for PaO2

Can anyone show me step by step how to do this?

Answers:    Here is the usual equation:
PAO2 = [ (PB – PH20 ) X FI O2 ] – PaCO2 / R where on earth R is generally defined as 0.8. And PH2O is 47 at 37 C.
So
PAO2= [(750-47) x 0.9] - 62/0.8
= [703 x 0.9] - 77.5
= 632.7 - 77.5 = 555.2
