"how do you take blood pressure witha stethescope and a sphygmomonameter?

any sites or links would be very helpful

Answer:
put cuff on bicep. steth on the elbow with the forearm up. pump to ~180. let the air out slowly. when you first hear the heart beat remember that number. then keep letting it out slowly. when you are no longer able to hear the heartbeat, remember that number. and those are your systolic/diastolic pressures.
Here's a link that will tell you all about it.. It's really quite easy once you have had some practice.
