Over-the-counter sleeping aids?

Unisom works very well and they don't have anguish medication in them. Or you can try the tylenol sleep aid (w/o agony medication)

Advil PM always seem to do the trick for me.
A glass (one) of red wine ...
move about to the doctor first cuz if u get over the counter one economically u may never know if u may be allergic to something that are inside of them and he or she will know what to use best

I nickname mine kids. You're exhausted by the end of the morning and want nothing more than to lay down and sleep. No arbitrariness of a hang-over!
Unfortunately there aren't too masses out there that don't build you feel groggy the subsequent day. I would try Simply Sleep, it's made by Tylenol and it doesn't contain any aspirin or ibuprofene within it. It's made just for trying to stumble asleep.
Try a low dose of Benadryl (it's for allergies - but it's actually alike ingredient that they use in Tylenol pm to formulate you sleepy. But why get the misery reliever stuff if it's just sleep you inevitability.)
If you're feeling hung over you might be taking too much.
