Why near is no vein next to the arteries within the brain tissue?
Answers: Who says in attendance aren't? *is puzzled*
Veins don't always run directly alongside arteries anywhere surrounded by the body, although often they do. The shape of venous drainage is a little different from the biggest arteries in the brain, and the dural sinuses (valveless veins) that drain ultimately directly into the internal jugular vein are a little different from vein in the other parts of the body, but vein go everywhere the arteries do.
If there's an inflow, in attendance has to be an outflow too. ;-)
There are vein in and on the brain. They do not follow the arteries ( as a rule) .
