Is it possible for me to become a physician someday although we're not that rich?

I'm presently a nursing student but I want more to become a medical doctor.

It does not take lavishness to become a physician. It takes a great deal of hard work and dedication.

My dad be poor in his time but in a minute we're rich and I'm studying in a private academy here in the Philippines, specifically De La Salle Zobel within Ayala Alabang if you know that.
