Do you know your leg anatomy??

I stepped in a exceedingly slight hole and bent my knee backwards lately a little bit. I own some aching at the exceptionally top of the calf, in the middle, just about in the crook of the knees in the backbone, but maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 inch down from the crook. Would that be a muscle? Thanks!

Answers:    you could hold stretched a Cruciate Ligament in the knees or stretched a tendon surrounded by your calf muscle.

Time should fix it.
The muscle is most likely the gastrocnemius, but by the sounds of things, you probably strained the ligament within the joint of your knees.
