You more than plausible will not get privledges to do such a article. You would have to enjoy all the requirements of a US medical student. That includes have USMLE Steps 1 and 2 completed and passed.
No doctor will accept a foreign medical graduate that isn't properly certified. Also, no hospital will do duplicate. A lot of this has to do beside HIPAA, too.
