It sounds close to you need to see an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat doctor). That would be my guess. I suffer from sinus trouble myself. I go and get a shot every 3-4 months of some type of steroid. It helps me profusely with the headache affliction I get and the hay hallucination. I'd also maybe step to a regular doctor for a complete check up if I were you. Your symptoms could be cause by some other illness not related to your sinuses.
