Why are society against stem cell research?

Stem cells own usually come from human embryos (fertilized eggs). Many people have a feeling that researching on the would equate to murder Currently scientists can use cloning techniques and other therapy to create stem cells in need using an embryo.
My personal belief is that there is alot of uninformed people that do not enjoy the knowledge as the what stem cell research could do for the human see. Unfortunately, the technology could fall into the wrong hand, and I think that this is why those do not want to support the research.
I'm not aware of anybody who's against stem cell research. Some people believe embryos are human energy and deserving of respect, so they're opposed to funding little one farms that use humans as parts factory. There are societies that see nothing wrong near infanticide if you have a tot that isn't the sort you want. And there are adjectives gradations in between. There are ethical risks and moral problems near embryonic stem cells and man careful near those lines is a reasonable curbing to many. But here are other stem cell lines to which nobody has an objection.
