How do we draw from vitamin d from the sun?

I don't think the sun is shooting out particle of vitamin d so I guess the vitamin in produced surrounded by our skin cells, triggered by the digestion of the UV. Is that right or does the sun actually make a contribution off vitamin d?

Answer:
Vitamin D is produced by your skin within response to exposure to ultraviolet radiation from natural sunlight.
The sun activate the vitamin D
The carbohydrates, under a chemical recoil of ultra violet radiation, supply birth to vitamin D which are essential for our bones.

Vitamin D is recurrently referred to as the "sunshine vitamin". Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is stored surrounded by body fat. In common, adults (up to age 70) and children living in New York State can procure enough cool sun exposure from March to October to store a significant amount of vitamin D. It can later be released for the body's use during the winter months.

There are factor, however, that limit the body's flair to make vitamin D from sun exposure. Some of these factor include the use of sunscreen and/or sun-protective clothing, cloudy northern climate, and window cup that blocks the sun. In addition, near aging (in senior adults over age 70), the ability to kind vitamin D from sunlight exposure is greatly reduced.

but,It is important to know that your body is not competent to overdose on vitamin D from the sun; your body turns off vitamin D production when near is enough. Unfortunately, you can overdose on the sun. Your skin can suffer detrimental effects from too much sun. Therefore, it is important to never burn. and if If your doctor or medical professional have advised you to avoid sun exposure, it is momentous to follow his or her advice.
