No. Blood type will not affect conception its the Rh factor than is relevant during pregnancy only. The Rh factor (+) or (-) will be concerning during the birth of a child if the Rh factor is different than you own.
A woman is at risk when she have a negative Rh factor and her partner have a positive Rh factor. This combination can produce a child who is Rh positive. While the mother's and baby's blood systems are separate there are times when the blood from the child can enter into the mother's system. It shouldnt matter. after you are pregnant you may enjoy to have a special injection if near is a RH negative factor involved. I dont remember what it is, but i know my wife and I have to do that as she was distrustful and I was positive.

We didn't own any problems with this same article and we have 3 girls. You will hold to have a shot surrounded by your pregnancy and after you deliver so your body doesn't try to fight sour the baby if it have b+. Make sure your doctor knows nearly the different +/- so they know at the begining of your pregnancy. They will give you the shot when the time is right.
No, you shouldn't own trouble conceiving. My mother is O- and had 3 children next to no problems. She had to give somebody a lift a Rhogam injection in the event that her children be RH+, which we were. My father is B+ and my brother, sister and I are adjectives O+.
