i want to know the composition of Human fecal matter. to analyze whether it is possible to produce bio-gas economically using it. please narrate me what is the general composition of feces, approaching x% of proteins y % of carbohydrates . or any kind of information on its composition. (i know it wary)

fecal concern contains undigested food which could not b absorbed or digested due to shortage of specific enzymes, e.g. cellulose is a carbohydrate but not absorbed as the bond between its glucose residues does not hold the specific enzyme in our GIT.. so they speak about us always to increase our dietary fibre to lose weight (contain cellulose)
concerning protein & fleshy most of them r absorbed except surrounded by GIT diseases as malabsorption syndrome, steatorrhea, ... etc.
other materials, u may not make use of it as bile pigments containing bilirubin (RBC's breakdown products) & detoxified products by the liver, ... etc , this give stool its colour (& smell by bacterial action & oxygen)
