Paxil (paroxetin) and Proxac are simmilar in the mode they work on your depresion but one has more than one hormone,prozac works simply on Seratonin receptors and Paxil works on seratonin and norephinefrine...also Prozac side effect is sliplessnes and waight gain and Paxil doesn't have that
