What is bio identical hormones?

Answer:
Hormones are naturally produced in animal bodies. Bio-identical means the hormone was produced synthetically.

BTW--bioidentical hormones may have the same effect in your body as hormones, but not all are as available to your body at the same rate. In other words, once they get to the cell recptor site, they'll perform the same function. But for some the rate at which they get to the cell varies between natural hormones and bioidentical. Not good or bad per se, but something to discuss with your physician.
its natural hormones created by the human body like progesterone and testosterone and in women estrogen
