How long can a character beside a pacemaker live?

Answer:
It depends on the reason for the pacer. If it be implanted for heart block but otherwise the heart is fine, a person will live a majority life span. If the pacer be implanted because of an arrhythmia then the pacer may all right increase the life span.
Few decades ago, it be 3-5 years. With improvement surrounded by pacemaker technology and advances contained by patient bag, a person near pace inventor can expect to live for 15-20 years.
It depends on why the pacemaker was placed.

How poor be the patients help until that time it was place, etc.?
My husband is on his second one surrounded by 13 years and doing fine (with God's help) =)
My great-grandpa made it to 102. He got his pacer when he be in his hasty 90's.

Pacemakers last a long time, and by the time the freestyle runs low, there's a whole contemporary generation of pacers available. We switch out pulse generator routinely.

Chances are, if you have a pacemaker, something else besides arrhythmia is going to assassinate you.
