Is it risk-free to help yourself to Solpadol and lemsip?

I've already taken a lemsip max (paracetamol) as I have a rotten cold/virus, but presently I've got a migraine coming on. Is it ok to lift the solpadol, and if not what would be ok to help yourself to?


Answers:    No......you must not take both together, as you will be taking the double dose of analgesics. lemsip also contains paracetamol. it will be undisruptive to take another dose of one or the other after 4 hours.
No but you can bring ibrupofen nurofen ect as contain no paracetamol
