Maintain adequate hydration (2-3 L/day of fluids) unless advise by prescriber to restrict fluid intake. May cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or confusion (use tell when driving or engaging surrounded by tasks that require alertness until response to drug is known); nausea or vomiting (small frequent meals, frequent mouth vigilance, sucking lozenges, or chewing gum may help); or photosensitivity (use sunscreen, wear protective clothing and eyewear, and avoid direct sunlight).
