Experiment base on enzyme pursuit / initial choice of heat or pH is binding?....?
I need an answer that will include AT LEAST FIVE of the following:
_ exterminate other variables (concentration, pH, temp in alternative experiment)
_negative control (setup wothout enzyme or lacking substrate)
_describe experimental variable (temp or pH) values or span
_uses correct enzyme-substrate pair
_measure disappearance of substrate, appearance of product, steam production, etc.
_report data
_(predicted results, similar to loss of activity, reduced movement or no change contained by activity)
_elaboration of experiment (exemplary set-up; indep, dep variables identified;
rate circulation or explanation; replication of experiment, etc.)
