What is the nuance of aortic & pulmonic spigot sounds of same intensity on auscultation?

If the aortic valve nouns is the same intensity as the pulmonic spigot sound on auscultation , something is equal to something. Please someone consent to me know what is equal to what..this was a give somebody the third degree asked in a competetive entrance nouns.

Answers:
This something would be aortic artery pressue (reflecting systemic circulation) is equal to pulmonary artery pressure and this would happen contained by pulmonary hypertension. Yet, in pulmonary hypertension, closure of the pulmonic stopcock would be rather delayed than increase contained by intensity.
if i had to trademark a guess.it would be that the ventricles are working at the same intensity.cause the same amount of pressure on respectively valve..accordingly not loosing blood pressure while the blood is being oxygenated within the "lungs". therefore you also would not hold a separation of serum as seen within someone with congestive heart end..
