What is your favorite drug and why?

I do not take oodles medications, but when I stipulation a little something for discomfort Motrin is just right for me. Also, I lug Benadryl ocassionaly to help me sleep so I suppose it is good too.
caffeine
chloramine..speedily relieve for cold and fever and puts me to sleep at hours of darkness
endorphines by rollerblading/motorcycling.
It is the aspirin, because it has more than 100 years of discovery, and is importantly checked their effects, and each time you will find more uses.
From mid-August to November, it's Loratadine because it slickly transforms abject misery and suffering into clear breathing without itch.
Year-round, it's loperamide because it removes heaps worries while bopping around town
My favorite drug would have to be midazolam. I don't use it on myself, but on patients. It is an anxiolytic (reduces anxiety) and amnestic (makes you forget). Almost every tolerant I meet get some midazolam.
Close second - propofol, a hypnotic. Depending on the dose, it can be a sedative or a broad anesthetic. Great drug.
(Both of these medications require close monitoring and can impose serious side effects, like not breathing, so don't try these at home.)
Medical Marijuana.needed to sleep. Just a further person near bi-Polar.
Vicodin. It helps so much after an operation, reducing the headache & helping to sleep.
