Is it legitimate for a relatives friend, who happen to be a doctor, adjust prescriptions written by patients primary?

My mother had a stroke due to chemotherapy...shortly after her boyfriend, who happen to be a Dr., but not one related to the fields she be treated,started taking her prescriptions from her telling her he would spread them, but instead would take them home and alteration them on his own prescription pad.


Answers:    If he have her permission to modify the prescription, his movements seem extremely adjectives but legal.

If he does NOT enjoy her permission, he is intentionally interfering next to the treatment as decided by her primary and herself. I don't know much in the region of law, but endanger her recovery sounds criminal to me.
If he told her that he would permeate then, but didn't, this would be wrong in the lowest possible. If he was profiting from this, it would be illegitimate. If he isn't an MD, he could be in cavernous doo-doo. Refer this problem to the local medical board for starters.
