How tons pounds of direct pressure can be applied to a bone or reciprocated since it breaks?
Answer:
11 pounds
depends on the bone or joint you are trying to break, what you are using to break it, is it direct or indirect pressure, but unanimously 8-14 pounds is average although that also assumes the person is average.
dont suppose anybody can give an exact answer..coz its prone to great oscillation...if anybody finds something logic plz send it..
Holy crap I clearly hope it is more than 11 to 14 pounds. This would mean that whenever I do a push-up I am going to break my arm bones and dislocate my shoulders HELP!. Bones within the direction of compression is stronger than steel. It takes abundantly of energy to break a vigorous bone. This is not true if a person have bone pathology like osteoporosis or cancer. In cases of disease a bone will break near much less force call a pathology fracture, or path fracture.
depends on the bone...
I would guess it depends on the bone/joint and the person. Some inhabitants genetically have weaker bones.
