Taking Centrum and a Sleeping pill together??

I took a sleeping pill about an hour ago and in the region of 30 mins ago i took centrum. I was wondering if that be bad? I'm reaction fine but i had forgotten i took the sleeping pill till it hit me when i be swallowed the centrum? has any one else done this?? And will i be okay?


Answers:    there's zilch wrong you have done. Just take heed not to overdose the sleeping pill or else you will be seeing glory...
sure,it'll be okay, you take the centrum w/food for better absortion, & to not hurt your stomach.

multi's are bettter taken surrounded by the morning though.
