Well since pseudo hypoparathyroidism is a sex-linked disorder resembling hypoparathyroidism, but which is unresponsive to treatment with parathyroid hormone; it is characterized by short stature, round obverse, achondroplasia, calcification of basal ganglia, true ectopic bone contained by fascial planes and skin, mental deficiency, hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, and parathyroid tissue specifically hyperplastic.

It is rare. People look matching as those with peudo-hypoparathyroidism(PHP) (see the previous answer for details.short stature, round obverse.ect) but they do not have any hormonal or electrolyte abnormality.unlike that of PHP. So basically they look funny and otherwise but are average.
