Pain Pills & Constipation - any prescriptions??
I am on many anguish pills after just have had spinal surgery. Not taking them is not an alternative.
I take 3-4 stool softeners a hours of daylight, 2 sennas at night, and 2 milk of mag tablets at dark. This helped for 2 days - after the novelty wore rotten. I need several suppositories only to be able to jump.
My doctor's nurse just keep telling me to steal up to 4 stool softeners a day. It's out of action.
1) How's the best way to pilfer the stool softeners - throughout the day, or adjectives at once? Or take 1 w/ every agony pill?
2) Is there a prescription pill for this constipation I can lift? Are my pills not 'tough' enough?
I'm contained by enough backache, I don't need this dull pain........

Try count a teaspoon of mineral oil to a cup of hot chocolate or a cup of milk. It works every time.....
