What happen to the human body after loss, and after it is buried? Like how long and what exactly happen?

What happens to the human body after passing, and after it is buried? Like how long and what exactly happens? Not funny answers please:) Only serious erudite response are appreciated..Thank you

Answer:
I think profusely would depend on the time of year (temperature) and if the body was embalm or not. Decomposition rates can also be affected by the methods of embalm and the type of casket that is used.

You might try googling human decomposition. I took a few second to do this and came up near:

http://www.deathonline.net/decomposition...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/ask_the_doct...

http://www.coronerstories.com/2005/06/02...

I think these sites should contribute you what you are after. There is a lot more information out within. Some of it can be pretty gross, so you might want to take that into vindication if you have only just lost someone. I researched embalming technique soon after my grandfather's death and I be surprised at some of the things that are commonly done to bodies.

Also, decomposition is not constant. They recently exhumed the body of JP Richardson, aka "The Big Bopper", who died surrounded by the same plane crash that kill Buddy Holly in 1959. His son be present when they opened the casket and he said that he could well recognize his father.

I hope this help.
