I don't know something like dangerous if simply once in awhile, because I hold taken 3 at a time and been ok. I try not to do that too recurrently though as it might have doomed to failure effects on liver or kidneys maybe (it say it on the container - i can't remember which). I think it is Imitrex works for migraines (by prescription). I used to work next to a woman who got really unpromising ones.
