Shoulder surgery?

i have severe subluxation (temporary dislcoation) of both of my shoulders...i am seeing a orthopedic surgeon within 2 weeks (and obviously i will ask him when im there) but i be wondering...is it possible to do both shoulders in one surgery or do i obligation two sepearate surguries
