Answers:    Doctors don't use any device to remove mold, i've never met a doctor that cleans up after himself, but as someone who does do the cleaning surrounded by clinics, hospitals, and lab's i can tell you that we hold several things to remove mold. If mold is on something disposable we soak it in a bleach river solution before throwing it within the trash. If mold is on a surface we use a bleach water solution surrounded by a spray bottle to kill and wipe rotten the mold, or we use a bleach based cleaner. If mold is on intrusments, we use an auto-clave which uses dampen steam at 500-800 degrees to murder the mold. Equal parts bleach and water surrounded by a spray bottle not only kill mold, but most any germs, and is the most effective murderer of anthrax.
