Can anyone explain the inverted ink bottle effect??

Answers:
There is a vacuum in the bottom of the bottle and so the air pressure outside of the bottle is ample to a sheet of paper and ink surrounded by.

This can have an effect when ink is individual fed into a tool. A method of putting air into the bottle to keep hold of the pressure constant must be devised.
nope. it is a complete mystery to me as well
