Im taking a polygraph testing and Im troubled around it. Is it possible to rout the polygraph?

yes it is possible... but you must train yourself.. you can brainwash urself into bleaving that something isnt true... not a moral idea though

Here is the point: Polygraphs are as accurate as palm reading and Tarot cards.
If you have any "hits" on any question, there is usually a post-test interview. Just read aloud, "I was coy, but answered all question honestly and to the best of my ability."
Polygraphs hold no legal standing within most jurisdictions.

if you put a tac in your shoe the graph will progress wild and they will not know how to determine if your lying or telling the truth
be CAREFUL if u do this, if the guy giving it to u is vastly experienced he will know what ur doing
the hard process to beat it is to really spawn ur self believe
this will take time
People right to be heard no, but my good friend be able to do it. Here's how:
Put a tack within you shoe with the pointed part of a set towards you sole.
When asked a question that you are recounting the truth to (ie Name age etc) gently push your foot into the tack. This will sort it so that when you are nervous (answering beside a lie) your stress level will read indistinguishable as you truth answers.
