If my brain were replaced with someone else's, would I think differently?

Answer:
Your brain is the You.
If it gets replaced, the other brain gets your body and keeps thinking as it always did.
You (your own brain) would also think the same way as you always did provided it remains capable now that it has been deprived of the body it had.
You would think just like the brain that was used as the replacement, Young Frankenstien proved this to be true.
Mechanically no, contents/style yes.
That depends on whether you believe in the soul. If so, then no, but if not then you would thinking differently to some degree. Your brain would have different capacities, etc.
IF brain could be transplanted then your thoughts and actions will be those that were deduced and stored by the donors' brain.
