Answer:
WOW...ok...um...you do realize that this is complete fiction? It's impossible for any human one to have fully functional wing. It will NEVER be possible, we're mammals not birds. What you see on that website is fake and computer generate. Not real.

Now spinal column away from the fiction very slowly...
No!
uhuh im sure you can achieve it on ebay
Nope! Our body wouldn't know how to adapt next to wings surgically attached or "grown". It'd purloin our lifetimes together for them to numeral our how to manage that! I even doubt that!

If it be true, don't you think you'd hear something like it, see about it?

Not possible!
at hand is no vaccine or shot that gives you wing. how old are you? 3? but no, humans cannot enjoy wings.
er... Red Bull give U wings !
very soon , seriously , U need a investigational skeleton , a LOT of muscles to move those wings and , U enjoy no control whit-out a tail !
No, the human body would need primary changes to fly near wings because its too stocky. It is an interesting story though.

If you like the perception of flying check out hang-gliding or para-sailing. These are about the closest you will procure, when you are old plenty .
Yes it works I have be doing it for years, you need special clothing to cover the wing when not in use, other knowledgeable people giggle at you
Try any kind of aircraft

microlights, sway gliders...
I would also wish to enjoy wings but the genuineness is, mankind is not designed for flight (biologically speaking).

Money cannot buy the impossible. You can use your money to research on mechanical wing but I doubt that could be achieved contained by our lifetime as science, last I hear, is still having problems recreating how birds pocket off can come to rest so smoothly.
