Why does nurses at Aklan Prov Hosp do not administer prescription drugs directly to the patient but rather gave it to
my wife for her to give it to me? They said they are very busy when I ask why. Ref: Dec 2006- Dr Felma & Alma dela Cruz as my attending Physician.
