The surgeon who does the most surgeries is the guy who has no go outside of work. I know a few like that.
Almost adjectives surgical specialties have plentifully of variety contained by what they do. Heart surgeons probably have the tiniest - CABG, valve or CABG + spout. That's pretty much their repertoire (although they are all trained as nonspecific surgeons first).
General surgeons get to do like mad of different things. Orthopedic surgeons deal near bones and ligaments, and those are almost everywhere in the body, so they return with to a lot of different procedures as capably. They enjoy enough procedures that you draw from guys who specialize in shared replacement, or hands, or spines.
The rest of the surgical specialists still do closely of different procedures, but are confined to their specialty. There is some overlap in some areas (for example, urology and gynecology; neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery next to spines)
All the surgeons I know are very busy. They work thorny.

All surgeons are trained in standard surgery, which pretty much involves any types of surgery. So, they have the most coverage nouns if that is what you propose - abdomen (appendicitis, gallstone, colon, intestine), chest (may assist within thoracic surgery), pelvic (may assist in gyn or urological surgery), arms and legs (may assist within orthopedic surgery).
After general surgery training, the specialists narrow their area of expertise. So, they longer will be jack of adjectives trade and expert of none. They will now be the expert. So, if you refer to the most difficult type of surgery, or most different types of surgery inwardly an organ, you will have to look at the specialists - thoracic surgeons operate with chest - bypass surgery, lung removal, heart surgery, etc; vascular surgeons promise with blood vessel - carotid blockages, leg blockages, placement of filters, placement of assorted catheters and shunts; brain surgeons deal beside problem with brains such as brain tumor or excess brain fluid; orthopedics buy and sell with bones and joint; colorectal surgeons deal next to colon and anus problems; urologists deal next to problem with bladder and kidney, etc. You may also consider gynecologists as surgeons as resourcefully, since they do surgeries on female organs.
