It is very dignified in iron so it is not to worthy for your kidneys and is will raise the iron smooth of the blood, which is bad for most men but not as mar full to women so it probably isn't as bad for you as the average north American diet.
I tried the dry stuff once out of curiosity. It wasn't awfully tasty. It won't snuff out you but its not designed for human nutritional needs.

Yes. I hold read of cases where intensely poor senior citizens have be buying cat food because that's all they can afford on their Social Security, especially after paying for prescription.

try some of that fine cat food. it's suitable, especially microwaved. needs some saline though. you can add some onions, and try fry pan it, add some season brackish, and serve it to a guest. great food for party guests, in-laws, loud neighbors, and any friends or kith and kin you would like to hand over some cat food. so yummy... yum yum. its purrrrrfect.
