Cardiac monitor with ability of invasive blood pressures and pulse ox, oxygen delivery system, warm blankets -- usually an air warm system, medication delivery system, availability of a ventilator and availability of a crash pushcart. These are probably the core equipment needs of a typical PACU, other speciality equipment would be the result of specialty surgeries.
