Does anyone own heart burn use prilosec? i do and i focus it works great?

Answer:
Prilosec has numerous, treacherous side-effects. It causes malabsorption of nutrients (e.g. calcium, iron, and vitamin B12) and it cause bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine. It might be knowledgeable to find a doctor that will work with you to find the CAUSE of your heart burn, to some extent than using a drug to mask the symptoms ... especially a drug that is to say so dangerous to your long-term form.

Best wishes and good luck.
I use it day by day to prevent an ulcer
Prilosec is a obedient drug for heart burn. In fact, Nexium (esomeprazole) is a prodrug which is essentially metabolzied into omeprazole (prilosec) pretty much making them like drug, but Nexium is 4 times the price of Prilosec. Those of you who take Nexium are getting ripped sour. Its all within your head!
I've tried prilosec and it doesn't work completely well for me. I use Protonix and prefer it. It depends on how it works for you-- if it works for you, great, and it's cheaper!
