Well irecently took my dog to the vet and saw a anatmoy chart, and i also study medication.
To make long story short i took a express look at the chart and saw two main similarities: the pulmonary viens and the size of the gone and riht lung, the left lung be smaller due to the cardiac space for the left ventricle of the heart, similar to in humans.
