Do professors/Highly knowledgeable ppl suffer from dementia too?

I was a moment ago wondering if there have been any cases where on earth a Professor, doctor or some
other highly adjectives person suffered from Alzeheimer's ...I've never hear of any ...have you?

Answer:
Sure. Those ethnic group are human too. There are many obituaries surrounded by the paper that converse about legendary highly cultured creative people who hold suffered from dementia in their mature age.
oh yes, it's an equal opportunity disease.
smart, educated citizens get it freshly as much as others.
I can think of no neurological grounds why education and Alzheimer's disease would be correlated within any way.
Yes, although intellectually alive persons are smaller amount likely to develop Alzheimer's, and across the world do so at a slower rate. Some dementia is related to hardening of the arteries and diminished blood flow to the brain, and explicitly a product of genetics, dietary factor, and smoking.
Also, people near higher baseline IQ remain "normal" when their faculty decline for a while, so they can remain functional longer than someone whose baselie IQ is more borderline.
Just read some articles that said that low IQ in childhood is correlated to slowly adult kick-off of altzheimer's. Educators and other professionals (MDs & Esqs) usually have an IQ of 120 and above. Is it possible for a child near a low IQ to raise it considerable by manhood? Dunno.
What the heck is ppl?
I agree with greengo.

Dementia can affect everyone from adjectives walks of energy. Alzheimer is a type of dementia and is a hereditary form. You hold heard of some outstanding people near Alzheimer, including late president Ronald Reagan. You only just don't hear as much about Alzheimer surrounded by famour people because it is sort of taboo disease that not a soul want to talk going on for.

However, studies show that higher training and higher IQ will give a hand decrease dementia to some scope. The idea is that, if you own higher instruction and higher IQ, you own more to start out, so if the rate of loss is the same, you will close up with more than those who start out much smaller quantity. However, education and IQ do not prevent dementia and Alzheimer.
They do, but intellectual exercise seem to delay symptoms.
