a starting dosage is 75mg and Im on 300mg atm and iv accidently taken to doses in 12hrs... so thats 600mg ...and on the network it says stuff nearly siezures and all these desperate things that happen beside an overdose but doesnt say how much an over dose is. :S HELP!

600mg of extended release venlafaxine is a pretty big dosage. I would definately monitor yourself and inform a close relative to keep an eye on you for any strange entertainment.. Generally you probably will not be harmed for this one occassion, however it's better to be safe than sorry. The problem next to Effexor XR is the fact that it is sustained release, which resources it stays in your system longer. Talk to you physician if you hold more concerns.
I'm on it too but you should be ok, however I would keep an eye on how you're premonition and maybe even ring up your local poison control centre only just to see what they say. My daughter get into one of my pills once and they were really practical.
