What could be cause the tips of my fingers to turn numb?
I don't take out hitting my hand/arm on anything or doing anything over strenuous. Is this something serious like a pinched impertinence or maybe a blot clot or mini stroke or something?
Answer:
Possibilities include:
Ganglion cyst impinge on a nerve
Carpal tunnel syndrome (thumb side of paw will go numb, but not pinky and outer side of 4th finger - they hold a different nerve going to them)
Diabetic neuropathy
A pinched fortitude in the nouns would have a wider distribution of numbness due to the method the nerves criss-cross in the brachial plexus.
Blood clot and stroke are so far down the detail that they don't bear mentioning.
See a appendage specialist (orthopedic surgeon, plastic surgeon, maybe a nonspecific surgeon) to be examined.
Good luck!
IT SOUNDS LIKE A TENDON WAS BRUISED. CAN BE
CARPEL TUNNEL OR PINCHED NERVE IN YOUR BACK.
SOMETIMES DIABETES CAN CAUSE IT.
LACK OF CIRCULATION FROM SLEEPING ON YOUR ARM.
i think it could be due to vitamin lesser amount [vit B 12 and folic aci]\Second reason may be due to big blood sugar levels. As you are describing some swelling at the wrist, its better to nick out x ray show of the wrist joint to know whether the swelling is superficial or weighty.
Could also be carpal tunnel, by your pic you look young so circulation shouldn't be a problem, unless you smoke. Diabetics can enjoy that, usually more in the legs and foot. The lump you have on your wrist should be removed...it have a certain christen...can't remember at present...but the symptoms will disappear once it is removed.
This sounds like carpel Tunnel Syndrome. You could try sleeping surrounded by hand splints that will stabilize you wrists while you sleep. Sometimes this will relieve the headache since you have of late started to notice the numbness. If it persist, go to a doctor that specializes surrounded by hand surgery, the biddable ones are fellowship trained in paw problems and will b able to diagnose your problem near nerve studies. If you needed surgery, this one is terribly successful and recovery is not too discouraging. Good luck!
I would go see a Doc if it is bothering you that much.
