Would you articulate that nursing is a complex art?
Answers:
yes, very much so. especially if you work surrounded by a hospital on 3-11 shift- it's the worst. you can get deeply of admits, you may not achieve to eat & the staffing situation can receive bad on any shift. the hospital can burn you out fast & is very stressful. but it is the best place for experience. if employer did more for us like hold better staffing among others things then it wouldn't be so not easy.
Yes, simply because you're going to have to examine a load of culture die.

I've been a nurse for since 89' I go into it in my 30's so I "be old satisfactory to know better". I can honestly say at hand is nothing I would a bit be doing with my energy. I impact families lives every morning and I make a difference.
Some days are more stimulating than others, there are some really bleak days. But the good days are the majority and the great days, in good health they are truly memorable. You hold to have brains, heart and tenacity to do this livelihood but once you have that BS scope.nursing is one field where on earth there is truly a niche for every self and everyone who is willing to put their heart and mind to work.
Yes,nursing is a amazingly hard occupation but it can also be one of the most rewarding. I know that sounds like a cliche but I speak from 19 years of experience. Few other career can give you the sense of purpose and pride that nursing can. True, the hours are miserable and the foot could be better but those times patients grab your appendage as you are about to start out the bedside and thank you with tears within their eyes for small acts of open-handedness can erase weeks of sore feet and tender back surrounded by an instant.
It deals beside a lot of stress. Don't progress in to it for the money, but if you are zealous about helping ethnic group, may be this field is for you. Also, you hold to take deeply of crap of other medical staff!
Most of RN's that I know are not to bright!
