I a moment ago found a colossal white pill on one side acrossed the pill it have printed L873 what is it?

Since the pharmacy & poison control didn't know what it be, I think it is most potential just some variable generic over-the-counter medication. Some Walmart or Walgreens aspirin or ibuprofen or something like that. A generic OTC resembling that would be unlikely to be in a database. Most prescription meds are. I wouldn't verbs too much about it, unless you dream up your kid actually get ahold of it. Just make sure your floor stays verbs from now on & preserve all the bottles of everything you buy (so that pills can be identified from presently on, just within case anything happens)! For poison control tips, see your local poison control center's website.
P.S. I tried to look it up on Clinical Pharmacology, which is a mention we use in the pharmacy & I couldn't find it nearby either, so I don't deem it is a prescription med.

Are any of those the pill. You can look for yourself at sites like this, but I would want to know more about the pill, such as shape, number of sides (e.g.pentagon shaped so it have 5 sides or diamond so it has 4), markings on both front and hindmost, is it chalky or smooth like a gelcap, vitally as much info as you can give. But doesn`t matter what you do DON'T ask your pharmacist, that could get you contained by a lot of permissible trouble if it RX or something else you "shouldn't" have. Especially don't bring it anywhere to show someone because again, if it is RX next you don't have it surrounded by the correct marked container next to YOUR name on it, so that equals jailtime for you. Best to lately throw it away inside of something else, like a closed bottle.
Edit: although I can't find anything at adjectives regarding that open-handed of marking L873, so most expected it is some sort of OTC vitamin or such.

It may be OTC by LNK. They get OTC meds that are sold as store brands like for wal-greens, wal-mart, etc. Their pills are splashed Lxxx.I got thease informations for lattice so i am not sure about it.
You can move about to the website where they'll charge you more than the pill is worth. You can check beside the pharmacist and he'll likely know, but even he'll influence he can't be 100% sure.
