If you can feel no anguish, you could have a huge gash on your hindmost that would be susceptible to an infection that you could possible die from and you wouldn't even know it, and so on, you could serious injure yourself and not even realize it. this condition is called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain next to Anhydrosis (CIPA)
