Hi--don't tender up, please! I was prescribed Zoloft, and I get lucky as it worked for me right away. Everyone is different, and their brain chemistry is different as well. It may lift trials with several different meds, but they will find something that works. I enjoy no idea why the doctor would not permit you back on escitalopram--if you haven't tried another doctor, conceivably you should. Good luck--I really mean that.
That's silly escitalopram(lexapro) is better (more selective beside less side effects) than citalopram(Celexa) and unless the lexapro didn't work for you, there's no aim why you can't be put back on it.
I would express these concerns to your doctor again
