I have a tooth extracted and my dentist prescribed Vicodin for the throbbing but I am afraid to bring it.?
Answers: I enjoy had to purloin vicodin twice; once for a skull fracture and once for pain related to an infection. Unless you hold had problems next to other types of addictions: alcohol, pot, etc.. You shouldn't hold any trouble. Be sure and take it next to food, because it can cause you to be VERY seasick. In fact, I be sick the whole time I be on it for the skull fracture and was VERY bullish to stop taking it when the pain stopped. I broke them contained by half the second time because the niggle wasn't so intense and did ok.
Any of the stronger pain meds approaching percodan and darvocet can be addictive if you lean in that direction. If you are believably healthy mentally, afterwards you shouldn't have any problems as you will just take them for tooth extraction dull pain for a week or less.
Darvocet is a torment killer i.e. less addictive, it is strong plenty to help, but smaller amount addictive as I stated. Good luck, and stop taking meds as soon as you can get by short them, then you will hold nothing to be concerned something like in regard to addiction. It takes months to yrs to receive addicted.
